Every Howling Leathers product is handcrafted in Northern California using full-grain leather and premium hardware. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
If your item experiences a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we'll repair or replace it at our discretion—for the lifetime of the product.
What's Covered
Our guarantee covers defects in workmanship, including:
Stitching that comes apart under normal use
Rivets, snaps, or hardware that fail due to manufacturing defects
Construction defects that affect the function of the product
What's Not Covered
Leather is a natural material that develops character over time. The following are not considered defects:
Scratches, scuffs, or patina from normal use
Natural variations in leather grain, texture, or color
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage
Cuts, burns, chemical damage, or water damage
Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Howling Leathers
Repairs Outside Warranty
We believe quality leather goods should stay in service for as long as possible.
If your item is damaged outside of warranty coverage, we're happy to evaluate it for repair whenever possible. Repair costs vary depending on the work required, and we'll always provide an estimate before beginning any repairs.
